- Every message is answered within one business day, and most much sooner than that.
- We can help with
- Anything to do with your order or its delivery, help choosing or using a product, returns, changes to your membership, and whatever else you need.
Managing your VIP membership
From your membership page you can review your plan, see your next renewal date, or cancel whenever you like. Taking care of it yourself is the speediest option, and there's no need to phone us.
- If you'd rather we took care of it Write to support@patriotdestiny.com with a subject line reading “Cancel membership”, ring us on +1 (833) 404 4459, or send a note through the form further down.
- The details we ask for Your order number, plus the email address linked to your membership. With those two things we can locate it at once.
- When to cancel To make sure you aren't charged again, cancel ahead of your renewal date. Your benefits remain yours to enjoy for the rest of the current period.
As soon as your membership is cancelled, a confirmation email will be on its way to you. Should it not arrive within a day, write to us and we'll gladly check on it.
